Who we are

Bodbury Farm is a mixed livestock farm nestled in the Shropshire Hills run by Sarah and Byron Odell and home to them and their four children. After saving for nearly 20 years to fullfil a lifelong ambition to farm regeneratively and organically. Byron and Sarah purchased their 30 acre farm in 2022.

For Byron it was a return to farming, having grown up on a livestock and arable farm in New South Wales, Australia. Byron trained as a carpenter and with his family all still farming back in Australia he has used his skills and experience and family advice to build a beautiful farm and set up all the necessary infrastructure to care for the farm animals.

Sarah was a secondary school science teacher specialising in microbiology. Her love of the natural world and British flora and fauna has inspired the couple to create a farm that works in harmony with nature while producing healthy pristine food for their customers.
